Mon Cheri is a Leggings and Tunics Company. We offer exclusive and limited edition design leggings.
We carry a wide variety of sizes for women from One Size Style (2-12) to Tall and Curvy (14-20/22) and Tall and Curvy 2 (2XL - 5 XL)
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping is $4.00 per item in a single transaction. If you order 2-5 i can fit it in a Priority mailer for $8.00. Anything after that will be based on weight and will be discussed before actually being charged.
Since the designs are limited edition, I sometimes offer preorder options on designs that are seasonal or currently in demand. Preordering ensures that everybody who likes the design can lay their hands on one.
Pre-Order and custom items can take longer to produce, order and receive. Typically from 4 to 6 weeks depending on if it’s a pre-order or being custom made. Please keep this in mind when you are ordering anything marked CUSTOM or PRE-ORDER. If you need these items in a rush, we do not suggest purchasing them. Because quantities are limited, purchasing a Pre-order item GUARANTEES you receive the items you want, in the size you want. Once the items ship you will receive tracking information. ETA is an estimate of arrival and are not guaranteed. No refunds or discounts will be given on late Pre-order items, by ordering you agree to these terms.
Returns & Exchanges:
We ONLY exchange or credit your account on defective items! Please inspect merchandise immediately upon its arrival. For RETAIL customers our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a credit or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Tag removal will void any warranty on an item.
You must contact us at email@example.com with photos of the defect prior to returning or exchanging your item. No returns or exchanges are accepted without an approved return/exchange authorization. Items returned must be mailed within the 14 day return window. Emailing me does not constitute guarantee of a return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged, swimsuits, undergarments and shoes, including any sale items which are Final Sales, REGARDLESS OF CONDITION, and will not be covered under any guarantee or warranty - including damaged and/or defectives.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We want you to be happy with your items! We will happily replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect merchandise immediately upon arrival and notify us of the defect via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name, order number and photos of the damage. Please remember that missing information can delay the return process. Clear photos of damaged and defective merchandise are required to be produced on the customers end. If you cannot provide photos of the damage or defects, we cannot offer you any replacement, or refund. Please note- sale items are not eligible to be covered.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If we ask that you return an item, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved for store credit, then a credit will automatically be applied to your account within 5 to 7 business days.

At this time we only ship within the USA & Canada. We ship via USPS & UPS, either First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. USA Shipping charge is $4.00 per single item, $8 for 2-5 items with priority shipping rates applied after that.
Canadian Shipping: We now offer shipping in the US & Canada. We , Mon Cheri Leggings, are not responsible for fees and/or taxes collected at the border. Please inquire about rates before the purchase of leggings. We will not be responsible for charges beyond our normal shipping rate and will refund orders that do not comply.
Typically all orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business day (please allow extra processing time during high volume ordering holidays). You should expect to receive your item within 2-5 business days after it is shipped. Pre Order and Custom Ordered items take 4-6 weeks.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. All lost or stolen shipment claims must be made with the United States Postal Service with the tracking information that we provided to you. We will provide you with any invoices, receipts, proof of delivery, or tracking information to help with your claim that you may need. We do not offer replacement merchandise for lost or stolen shipments.
